Benefits of drinking Lemon water



Lemon water is a good way to detox the body and also effective for weight loss. Squeezing or slicing lemon into warm water every morning will help you detox your body and lose weight. Lemon helps in improving digestion (relieving symptoms of indigestion, such as heartburn, belching and bloating), metabolism and also it helps the body regulate the absorption of sugar from the food you eat everyday. 

Because it contains Vitamin C, this gives it a great assert for anyone who is serious about weight loss. It does this by helping the body absorb calcium into its fat cells and this in turn helps in losing weight. Some people go the extra mile by eating the lemon peel as well as the lemon juice for a more concentrated effect, and some add honey in their lemon water. Yes, lemon has citric acid but it does not create acidity in the body once metabolized. It also helps in clearing your skin. The vitamin C component helps decrease, acne, wrinkles and blemishes. Lemon water purges toxins from the blood which helps keep skin clear as well. It can actually be applied directly to scars to help reduce their appearance. It helps in relieving respiratory problems. The warm lemon water helps get rid of chest infections and halt those pesky coughs. It’s thought to be helpful to people with asthma and allergies too.
